Lia holds a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with specific certifications in addictions and trauma. She has been working in the social work field for 15 years, in a variety of capacities. She has extensive experience in counselling, both in individual and group settings, specifically for addictions, mental health, trauma and intimate partner violence.

Lia works closely with clients to provide comprehensive support to help them understand the root causes of their addiction and help them lead fulfilling lives in recovery. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, she provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their struggles and work towards positive change.
